Privacy policy

Sixty Months (sixtymonths.com) is run by Noxtara LLC (“we”, “us”). This page explains what information we collect when you visit the site or sign up, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it short and plain.
What we collect
What you give us. When you sign up, we collect:
- Your email address.
- Anything you choose to add in the optional questions: your loved one's state, where you are in the process, and whether you're happy to answer a survey.
- Your answer to the optional “hardest part” question on the thank-you page, if you write one.
Please don't include bank details, account numbers, Social Security numbers or medical information in your answers. We don't need them, and we don't ask for them.
Collected automatically. We record which signup form you used and, if you arrived from a link that includes them, the campaign tags in that link (such as utm_source), so we know which places are worth sharing the site. To remember those tags while you browse, the site keeps them in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site, keep it secure and give us basic, aggregated visit counts.
How we use it
- To send you the checklist and to email you about early access and the Sixty Months launch, including launch pricing.
- If you said yes to the survey, to invite you to share feedback.
- To understand, in aggregate, who the product is for and what's hardest for families, so we build the right thing.
- To keep the site working and to block spam.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf and only to run this site:
- Netlify hosts the website and stores form submissions.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads.
- If we move our mailing list to an email service, that provider will store your email address and answers so we can send you messages. We'll update this page to name it.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we stop running Sixty Months. Your optional answers are kept for the same period. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe using the link in any email we send, or by writing to us.
- See, correct or delete your information by emailing support@noxtara.io. We'll reply within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. Contact us and we'll help, whichever state you're in.
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submissions is limited to the people who run Sixty Months. No method of storing information online is perfectly secure, which is one more reason we ask you not to send sensitive financial details through the site.
Children
Sixty Months is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll let subscribers know by email.
